Yallingup Woodfired Bakery
This one you simply must try. Located just a short drive from Dunsborough on a bush block, is this humble bakery provides the most amazing warm loaves of bread any time from 3.00pm every afternoon except Sunday. They specialise in artisanal sourdough bread using traditional woodfired methods. The most popular loaf is the Wave, a pure white fermented wheat bread but the fruit loaf which comes out of the oven at 4.00pm is to die for with its huge pieces of fig.
Simmo’s Icecreamery
Walking distance from Diamante and a Southwest icon, it is a family favourite. With 60 flavours to choose from I’m sure there’s something for everyone. You can even take home a tub to enjoy at Diamante later that night. It has a large expanse of lawn to sit and enjoy a coffee or icecream while you watch your kids play in the playground. Or for more family fun give the 18 hole mini golf course a go.

Blue Manna Bistro
One of my town favourites. With Asian inspired seafood dishes and amazing flavoured oysters to try, this one certainly is a treat. A relaxed atmosphere and amazing cocktails. Cobie and his team have won numerous best restaurant awards since opening in 2019 and it’s easy to see why, the locals and tourists all love it.
Amelia Park
The cellar door is one of the most impressive cellar doors in the Margaret River Region and on top of that Jeremy, the wine maker has one numerous awards for his wines. The staff are fun, bubbly with lots of banter and a relaxed atmosphere. They pour generous tastings, of 7 wines while you gaze out the window to the breathtaking view of the vineyards. You can also book the private tasting room to have a cheese and charcuterie platter with your wine tasting, which a number of people do prior to walking over to the restaurant. As you walk into the Amelia Park restaurant you immediately know you are in for a treat with its impressive interior and aromas. Although everything on the menu is amazing the stand out is the signature lamb shoulder share dish, it’s hard to go past.
Domain Naturaliste
This is a new cellar door in the heart of Wilyabrup making some amazing wines. You can sit and enjoy a wine flight and cheese board whilst overlooking the vineyard, definitely worth giving these great wines a go.
Marq Wines
A short drive from Dunsborough, located out on Commonage Road. Marq Wines is definitely worth a visit to try their amazing wines from lessor know varieties. You can sit at one of their tables enjoying a cheese and charcuterie platter, they are dog friendly too.
Wills Domain
Fine Dining at it’s best. Not only do they have amazing wines to try and great merchandise to buy, the food is of the highest quality and all set in the most beautiful of surroundings overlooking the vineyard.
Wise Winery and Restaurant
The only winery with ocean views in the Margaret River region, they say where the vines meet the sea. Located a short drive from Dunsborough towards Eagle Bay. Not only can you try their amazing range of wines but they have a gin distillery with an array of different flavoured gins to try. Whilst you are there you must enjoy the restaurant with its beautiful wines, breathtaking views and fine food.
Hay Shed Hill and Rustico
One of a small and prestigious group of pioneer vineyards, located in the heart of the Wilyabrup valley. Producing award winning wines to taste before walking through to Rustico restaurant. Here you can experience a 5 course degustation menu that makes your mouth water or you can simply choose from the tapas menu and enjoy your surroundings amongst the vineyard.
Wild Hop Brewery
The newest brewery around Dunsborough with an awesome vibe and great food. A wide range of beers and wines to choose from, try one of the tasting paddles to get a variety of beers and if you can pre order the rotisserie chicken its amazing. There are many woodfired eats to choose from and the kids will love the outdoor playground and lawn to play on. Definitely a new local favourite.
